Meet Silène Lady Confort Extra pads for women:

100% hypoallergenic : This material is fully breathable, so skin can breathe. The soft, fabric-like topsheet helps reduce skin irritation. It also avoids the trapped-moisture effect that polyethylene adult pads often cause.
Discretion and comfort : The quiet material also does away with the rustle of ordinary adult pads. It feels soft and comfortable, much like cotton.
Strength : the textile backsheet is 3 times stronger than ordinary polyethylene.
Acquisition Layer: This technical fiber draws liquid to the center of the core faster and keeps moisture from wicking back up, so skin stays dry.
Odor protection : a technical design that helps limit odor.
Adhesive fastening strip.
