Warranty, service, and care

All of our chairs are covered for 2 years and 5 years for the actuators and the mechanism. If a claim is covered, Tous Ergo ships the defective parts. Labor charges remain yours. You will need to do a first diagnosis, and we can help by phone.

To keep the chair working and extend its life, vacuum and dust the upholstery regularly. For stains, use a cleaner suited to the material.
