Option: If incontinence is very heavy, an extra booster is also in our catalog. It adds absorbency (+0.5 L) and is washable too.  

 

Use and care

Before the first use

• Wash and dry the briefs 3 times to activate absorbency.
• Wash at 40°C (up to 60°C during illness).
• Use powder detergent only (30 g for 4.5 kg).
• Do not use liquid detergent, stain removers, soap flakes, or soap nuts.
• Do not iron or dry-clean.

Day-to-day care

• Rinse the briefs and boosters regularly.
• If absorbency drops, buildup may be the cause (detergent residue or urine).

A deep clean when you need it

• Do this now and then, every 3 to 6 months.
• Only if you notice a loss of performance.
• The briefs should be clean before the deep clean.
• Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of washing soda to the drum.
• Pour 1/2 glass of white vinegar into the fabric-softener compartment.
• Do not add detergent.
• Run a long cycle at 60°C.
• Add one or more extra rinses if needed.

After the deep clean

• Run a regular machine wash.
• The briefs should then perform at their best again.
