Dory Shower Stool

Dory Shower Stool – safety and comfort that support your independence in the shower

The Dory shower stool is a practical way to stay comfortable and safe in the bathroom. Its sturdy, ergonomic design fits seniors, people with disabilities, and anyone who has trouble standing in the shower. This simple, reliable, comfortable seat supports your independence day after day and gives family and caregivers peace of mind.

Safety first: shower without the risk of falls or wobbling

Sitting down to wash often brings safety back. The Dory stool is built to give you a steady, reassuring seat:

• Fixed non-slip feet: each foot has a high-grip rubber tip that cuts the risk of slipping, even on a wet or soapy floor. The stool stays stable in any shower layout.
• Sturdy frame: made of aluminum and high-strength plastic, Dory holds up to 120 kg and is still light to move. It is a safe, durable, reliable product for daily use.
• Non-slip seat: the seat surface is designed to resist slipping, limit water pooling under you, and prevent accidental sliding even when your skin is wet.

Comfort and ergonomics: a design made for everyone

Comfort while bathing matters, especially when independence is at stake. The Dory shower stool includes everything you need for a comfortable wash:

• Roomy square seat: a wide surface so you can sit comfortably, whatever your build or position. Rounded corners keep the seat from pinching or hurting as you sit down.
• Ergonomic surface: the slightly curved seat follows the body and spreads pressure across the contact points, easing the thighs and seat for real comfort even over a longer wash.
• Adjustable height from 39 to 54 cm: a simple, secure adjustment sets the stool to the user's needs and height. Short or tall, the right height keeps your feet flat, your back straight, and makes stepping into the shower easier.

Help for everyone, adjustable and easy to use

Dory works for a short stretch of rehab or for everyday use over the long term. Occupational therapists, families, and caregivers recommend it because it:

• Supports independence and confidence while bathing.
• Limits fatigue: no need to stand for long, which lowers the chance of dizziness or feeling unwell.
• Makes the bathroom usable for anyone in the household who needs it, with no permanent drilling or screws.
• Moves easily around the room or from room to room, thanks to its light weight and compact frame.

Simple to use and easy to clean for better hygiene

• Tool-free assembly: the shower stool goes together in just a few minutes, with no special tools. You can set it up and adjust it yourself, or with help from someone close.
• Quick cleaning: the materials resist moisture and are treated to limit mold and bacteria. A quick wipe with a sponge is enough for a thorough clean, even with heavy use.
• Compact once taken apart: it stores easily in a closet if you need the space, or fits in a car trunk for trips and vacations.

Quiet looks and a timeless design

With a clean, modern shape, the Dory shower stool fits naturally into any bathroom. It does not look like traditional medical equipment, and it does not single anyone out. It supports each person's independence and dignity while doing its safety job fully.

A good choice for preventing falls and for living with less mobility

• After a fall, surgery, or when balance problems start, the Dory shower stool becomes a daily ally so you can feel confident in the shower again.
• Healthcare professionals also recommend it to support aging or conditions that affect movement, while letting users keep their own pace and habits.
