Vertical floor-to-wall grab barD. EvelynThis is at least the 3rd time I've given my opinion, and all I got was a rejection, but of what, I have no idea. with the delivery of the vertical grab bar, I received a bag of screws that were all junk. The bar's delivery time had been very long, so I didn't want to go through that wait again for a few screws, and I went myself to buy new screws so my bar would be installed as soon as possible. I was told I was basically a liar. Since Oak & Ease would rather listen to its suppliers than its customers, I have decided to end our business relationship. Oak & Ease should no longer hear from me in the future.
