When it arrived, I noticed one of the two knobs was missing, and customer service, very responsive, immediately replied that they were sending it to me. The trouble was installing it at my mother's, because when I unfolded the already assembled trapeze I found that the main pole was mounted backwards. Being on my own, I had to make enormous efforts to manage to unscrew that pole and put it back correctly. I still can't understand how it could have been put on backwards before it was shipped, especially since I saw in the customer reviews that this had already happened before. Still, the trapeze is now in place, with a makeshift screw while I wait for the missing knob, and it's already making my mom happy. That's what matters most.
