Queens Left-Hand Angled Soup SpoonA. AnonymousThe handle is pretty bulky for the residents, who find it too big

Pack of 2 Accessibility StickersA. AnonymousIt would be better if we could stick them on the rear window, and on the inside. That would prevent damage to the paint and vandalism.
Mesh Bag for Wheelchairs and WalkersA. AnonymousToo bad the systems for attaching it to the chair have been changed. Before, there was no risk of theft because it was fixed to the chair
BIG GRIP set of 5 angled utensilsA. Anonymousa fair price for what it does, except for the knife, where I prefer the standard knife
Telescoping Walking Cane with Light and AlarmA. AnonymousI had called about a telescoping cane that, once folded, measures only 35 cm, and especially whose minimum height is 75 cm (the height of the folding cane I use and that suits me very well). The cane I received has a minimum height of 83 cm and does not fold down to 35 cm.

TALIS Commode and Raised Toilet Seat FrameA. AnonymousThe system is good for helping a person with reduced mobility get up, but the board isn't rigid enough or isn't supported enough, and when you sit down it bends. OK for occasional use, but I'm not sure it would hold up to daily use.

Motion-Sensor Light SocketA. AnonymousA button pushed in on the very first try, but otherwise it's OK. (2 weeks after purchase)

Etac Flex Straight Adhesive Grab BarA. AnonymousWhen it holds, the bar is very good. In the video it's presented as being movable, but how do you do that if there isn't extra glue???

90° Steel Grab BarA. AnonymousThe grab bar meets expectations, but there is a problem with the plastic anchors. They aren't standard, they have no marking, type S8, which defines the drill-bit diameter, and they are completely unusable because the outside diameter varies. I had to buy S8 anchors to do the installation.
ECO Rigid Swivel Transfer DiscA. AnonymousThey should have included a locking system for when you position yourself on it.
