  • Saniluxe Square Pressure-Relief Cushion with Cutout
    C. Josie

Unfortunately this cushion isn't suited to someone who sits on it all the time. That's the case for my wife, who is paraplegic. By the end of the day her bottom is all red. This cushion doesn't suit her, but we don't have a choice.

  • Non-Slip Dots for Wet Floors
    P. Ana

Very disappointed in the nonslip treads. More than half peeled off at the first shower. I want to point out that I followed all the installation instructions. Bottom line: money thrown away and plastic for nothing.

  • Socks Aid Quick Sock Donner
    M. Marlene

Impossible to use when you have little flexibility, like many older people.

  • Walking Cane Clip
    B. John

    Inexpensive, but poor quality

  • ECO Rigid Swivel Transfer Disc
    C. David

it spins too fast and can be dangerous for a person with a disability. Too bad you can't adjust the rotation "speed".

  • Analog Calendar Clock
    P. Monica

I have to set the days, the dates, and the months manually

  • Toilet splash guard
    T. Hugo

Too hard and it hurts. It's also too big and bulky, hard to hang and to keep in place even though the instructions are adequate. Plus the mount doesn't stick well to the toilet!

  • Walking Cane Clip
    P. Valerie

The clips are too fragile and broke quickly.

  • Vertical floor-to-wall grab bar
    D. Evelyn

This is at least the 3rd time I've given my opinion, and all I got was a rejection, but of what, I have no idea. with the delivery of the vertical grab bar, I received a bag of screws that were all junk. The bar's delivery time had been very long, so I didn't want to go through that wait again for a few screws, and I went myself to buy new screws so my bar would be installed as soon as possible. I was told I was basically a liar. Since Oak & Ease would rather listen to its suppliers than its customers, I have decided to end our business relationship. Oak & Ease should no longer hear from me in the future.

  • Padded Toilet Seat
    D. Alan

Because the seat padding isn't firm enough, the hard plastic support digs in and hurts the buttocks.

  • Multi-Memo Voice Recorder, 6 Minutes
    C. Martha

this device really isn't well designed for someone who is starting to lose their memory or who has a vision problem. I thought about blocking the forward and back buttons with a piece of tape, but it stays complicated for someone who is losing their memory. So who could this interest, then, if not someone who is losing their memory?

  • Socks Aid Quick Sock Donner
    A. Anonymous

Not easy to use. It's complicated to pull the socks onto the device

  • Socks Aid Quick Sock Donner
    T. F

From the description and the photo, it's impossible to put compression socks on

  • Removable umbrella for a walker or shopping trolley
    P. A

Not sure this product is suitable for walkers. It can throw you off balance.

  • Vox 2 Talking Kitchen Scale
    A. M

The scale gives completely absurd numbers (for about thirty grams it shows 250), which is very troublesome, even dangerous for a diabetic who has to measure carbs precisely on a regular basis.

  • Pass'manche sleeve holder for dressing
    A. Anonymous

Didn't understand it and couldn't use it for what it's for

  • Folding Magnetic Reacher
    D. C

    Poor quality equipment.

  • All-in-One Opener
    S. M

The stoppers slide and so are completely ineffective.

  • Set of 2 Plug-In Night-Lights with Switch
    H. C

    Too bright and not functional

  • Bed Backrest Support
    L. M

Much too big, too firm, for a disabled and very elderly person who needs support in a hospital bed
