Oak & Ease teammate in a navy sweatshirt

121–140 of 229

  • BASEBALL Protective Cap
    A. Anonymous

The chin strap on the cap came undone (the stitching) the very first time I used it!

  • Suction-cup glass washing brush
    A. Anonymous

The suction cups are warped, so the product doesn't stay in place.

  • Thomson Talking Scale
    A. Anonymous

bilingual device that only speaks GERMAN:

  • Insulated Cup, 20 cl
    A. Anonymous

    Too small

  • Urinal for Men or Women with Incontinence
    A. Anonymous

Urinal sold with a lid. The lid isn't leakproof at all, even at a very slight tilt. To check that, I of course opened the package... I requested a return. "Oak & Ease" customer service called me (which is very good and rare, worth noting!) to tell me that because it had been opened a return was impossible, and if it had been possible it would have been at my expense... Too bad the site didn't check the product's quality.

  • Desktop Magnifying Lamp

    Surprised by the plug

  • Urinal for Men or Women with Incontinence
    A. Anonymous

The part to adapt for women on the urinal is difficult, because the 2 diameters are very slightly different.

  • Color Timer
    A. Anonymous

The clock isn't what I expected from it: complicated to operate, since it requires a 360° turn of the knob, then reverse, and then there is no chime. I'm disappointed.

  • Zoë Tripod Walking Cane
    A. Anonymous

Even though it's a fairly wide tripod cane, I didn't find it as stable as I thought. It isn't naturally stable when you set it down to walk (a slight tipping point that's unsettling). Confirmed by my mother, who tested it and very quickly "rejected" it. That's why I returned it. The refund was processed quickly, with no trouble at all.

  • 100% Leakproof Brief
    A. Anonymous

This brief is not discreet at all. The outside is silver waterproof fabric. I sent it back. And so far, no word about a refund.

  • Tina Raised Toilet Seat with Armrests
    A. Anonymous

It couldn't be fitted to the toilet we had, but that isn't a quality issue.

  • Flexyfoot Shock-Absorbing Cane Tip
    A. Anonymous

Watch out for the Flexyfoot tips. Don't trust the size. It's complicated to find the right tip. On the other hand, a very good product.

  • TENA Flex Maxi Medium
    A. Anonymous

Apparently it isn't very practical, according to the nurses.

  • Medium-Soft Therapy Ball
    A. Anonymous

It must have been sitting in storage for a long time, because it sticks to your hands!!!!???

  • Queens Right-Hand Angled Soup Spoon
    A. Anonymous

Too big and bulky for my daughter (she's 7). No info on the product page on the site.

  • Etac Flex adhesive angled grab bar
    A. Anonymous

Very good quality bars... and the system... On the other hand, an unacceptable flaw: the glue was dead... unusable glue, dried out in the tube

  • Antigua Non-Slip Bath Mat
    A. Anonymous

The mat isn't nonslip when it's wet.

  • TENA ProSkin Comfort Plus
    A. Anonymous

Too big as well, but already more functional.

  • Flexible Full-Page Magnifier
    A. Anonymous

Too small, flexible so it bends and gets scratched, gets dirty fast. The materials aren't sturdy, too expensive. Disappointed.

  • Multi-Memo Voice Recorder, 6 Minutes
    A. Anonymous

Doesn't meet my expectations. The keys make a plastic sound when you press them. There are too many buttons for someone who has trouble understanding. That said, the recording quality is decent and it could probably be suited to some other situations.
